    I have had Ralph who is the owner of RJM insurance as my agent for years. He has never steered me wrong or not called me back. You have to realize that at a certain point YOU are going to have to deal with the other insurance company. An agent only does so much. If you know that they are a client then you know what insurance company you have to deal with. If not, you contact YOUR agent. Ralphs a straight shooter and I'm thinking you should have been dealing with your agent instead of bad mouthing a decent guy. I'm not buying the one star review, were you the one who was at fault for the accident?
